Test Planning Workshop
General description
Failure to plan usually means planning for failure. Test planning is the core task of managing the testing process. Quality test planning encompasses strategy and schedule, resources and tools, environments outline and risk analysis. The workshop will focus on the practical aspects of creating a sound test plan through a combination of theory, lots of exercises and discussions. At the end of the course, you will have written the key components of a sample Test Plan.
